About Jascha
For over 20 years, Jascha Preuss has been representing German-and French-speaking clients in the United States, helping them navigate the complex American legal landscape. He has experience in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, many types of commercial agreements, and employment matters. He also frequently acts as outside general counsel to foreign companies doing business in the United States and their U.S. affiliates, advising on all legal aspects of their operations. Jascha’s experience spans many industries including banking and finance, luxury and consumer goods, industrial machinery and equipment, precision tools, laboratory products, retail, e-commerce, software/SaaS, professional services, auction houses and art galleries.
Jascha clerked for the Zurich District Court and the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland. Upon passing the Swiss bar, he was associated with a leading law firm in Zurich. After relocating to the United States and upon admission to the New York bar, Jascha practiced international litigation and arbitration with a national firm, and banking and securities law with a top 50 US law firm. He was counsel in the corporate and litigation departments of Wuersch & Gering before co-founding a New York law firm focused on U.S.-inbound investments. Jascha rejoined Wuersch & Gering in 2019 as a partner.
