About ANAND
For over a decade, Anand Sinha has assisted international companies, employers and individuals to navigate and meet their U.S. immigration needs. He is well versed in both corporate and family-based immigration matters and has represented clients in front of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State. He is keenly aware of the needs that both domestic and foreign companies have with respect to either entering the U.S. market or remaining competitive with respect to retaining a diverse workforce. He has assisted companies from a multitude of sectors and at different stages of their growth cycle.
Anand is familiar with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa types and has significant experience with the labor certification process as well. In addition, Anand also assists individuals with their family-based and U.S. citizenship matters. He has been selected as a “Rising Star” in the field of immigration law by the Thomson Reuters “SuperLawyers” publication each year since 2021.
Prior to joining the firm, Anand was the head of the business immigration department at Zwaik, Gilbert & Associates. He has also previously worked for organizations including Deloitte, GEP, and Wiggin & Dana LLP.
