Wuersch & Gering represented ASH Group in its acquisition of M-B Companies, Inc. from its sole shareholder.  ASH Group is a leading European manufacturer of ice and snow removal and street cleaning equipment with approximately $600 million in sales and 2,000 employees worldwide.  This acquisition marks ASH Group’s strategic expansion into the North-American airport market.Wuersch & Gering’s team included Daniel A. Wuersch, Jason Rimland and Claudio Guler (Corporate), Thilo Agthe, Maria Luisa Palmese (IP), Sherica Bryan (Employment), Maureen Monaghan (Tax) and Chris Carpentieri (Environmental). The seller was represented by Husch Blackwell LLP.
