About Justin
Justin Lee has extensive experience representing clients in litigation and arbitration matters across the Americas and involving a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, construction, oil and gas, and mining. Justin has substantial experience advising clients of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to foreign governments. He has a strong and established track record of obtaining excellent results for his clients.
Justin previously served as an associate in the highly respected international arbitration group at White & Case LLP, located in New York, New York.
Fluent in Spanish, Justin previously served as a foreign associate in the international arbitration group at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría, and as an adjunct professor of law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, both located in Santiago, Chile.
Justin began his legal career as an appellate attorney at the nationally acclaimed Public Defender Service for Washington, D.C., and later served as a litigation associate at Hogan Lovells LLP, also in Washington, D.C.
