Samara Galuchie is an associate in the firm’s corporate group. Samara focuses on general corporate matters as well as securities law.
Samara started her career as a paralegal in various types of law from criminal defense to civil litigation and then transitioning to corporate law. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Samara worked as a corporate paralegal at the firm while simultaneously attending New York Law School part time.
