About Berwin

Berwin Cohen has more than 20 years of experience in representing domestic and foreign clients on U.S. and international tax planning, and compliance. Berwin’s clients include start-ups, international businesses and investors, hedge funds and private equity funds, not-for-profit entities, and high net worth individuals.

In addition to his tax practice, Berwin is an adjunct professor in the New York Law School L.L.M. Taxation Program.
