In our intellectual property practice, we advise foreign and domestic clients on the protection of their intellectual property in the United States and abroad. In close consultation with our clients, we design and implement international trademark filing strategies, with the goal of maximizing the cost-effective protection of intellectual property assets in key jurisdictions. We negotiate and draft license agreements and technology transfer agreements, prosecute trademark and copyright applications, and conduct due diligence on intellectual property matters in corporate, financial, and other transactions. We also counsel our clients on the preservation of trade secrets. In cooperation with outside patent counsel, we assist our clients with the filing and prosecution of patent applications. In addition, we represent our clients in domain name dispute resolution.
