We represent foreign and domestic companies, debt and equity investors with respect to issues under U.S. bankruptcy laws in structuring financing transactions, including debtor-in-possession financings (DIP financings) and of corporate organizations. We are advising companies and investors in reorganizations and restructuring, both inside and outside of bankruptcy proceedings, particularly in cross-border situations.
