Mr. Gering’s practice focuses on corporate and international transactions, mergers & acquisitions and securities law. He is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey and obtained his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law where he served on Law Review. He attended the Harvard Law School post-graduate program for lawyers in International and Corporate Law and also obtained graduate degrees awarded with highest honors from institutions in Geneva, Switzerland and Paris, France.
