Ms. Bryan represents corporate clients with respect to labor and employment matters. Her practice includes negotiating and drafting agreements, policies and plans related to employment, including employment agreements, offer letters, non-competition, non-solicitation and inventions and confidentiality agreements, bonus, other compensation and benefit plans (other than plans governed by ERISA), and employment handbooks and policies.
Ms. Bryan regularly counsels clients on compliance with labor and employment laws and conducts management and employee training on discrimination in the workplace. Ms. Bryan represents employers in employment-related disputes, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and whistleblower laws. Ms. Bryan also represents corporate clients in general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Wuersch & Gering, Ms. Bryan was an associate for Akerman Senterfitt and Fisher & Phillips. Ms. Bryan also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
